Shop Iowa Day returns Wednesday, October 14, 2026, with special deals and a statewide celebration of Iowa's small businesses. With local businesses participating, there's even more reason to celebrate right here at home!
Now in its fifth year, Shop Iowa Day brings together small businesses from across the state, giving shoppers an opportunity to discover unique products, find great gifts, and support the entrepreneurs who help our communities thrive.
Waverly businesses Newy's Moto and Bremer Brewing Co. are among those participating in Shop Iowa, an online marketplace connecting shoppers with hundreds of Iowa small businesses across all 99 counties.

Shopping Local Goes Beyond the Online Cart
While Shop Iowa Day highlights Iowa businesses through online shopping, it's also a great reminder to support the local storefronts that welcome customers into Waverly every day. From boutiques and specialty shops to restaurants, retailers, and other locally owned businesses, our community offers plenty of opportunities to shop small and make a difference. These businesses provide jobs, support community events and local causes, and help make Waverly a vibrant place to live, work, and visit. Not every local business participates in Shop Iowa, but every local business plays a part in making our community special.
